Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the New Vector Sports website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about padel courts and related project services. Website content, configurator previews, dimensions, colors, options, schedules, and estimated project directions are illustrative and may change. They are not engineering advice, a final specification, or a binding offer.
Quotes and projects
A submitted form is a request for discussion only. No purchase, construction obligation, warranty, price commitment, or service relationship is created until the parties sign a separate written agreement. Final specifications, pricing, availability, permitting responsibilities, site conditions, payment terms, schedules, warranties, and cancellation rights will be stated in that agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, use automated systems to overload the service, impersonate another person, or use the website in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The website’s branding, design, text, graphics, videos, photographs, software, and other content are owned by New Vector Sports or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. No other license is granted without prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. New Vector Sports does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” New Vector Sports disclaims implied warranties relating to the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Vector Sports will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use this website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited and does not alter obligations contained in a separately signed project agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating solely to the website or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Questions may be sent to info@newvectorsports.com or New Vector Sports, St. Louis, Missouri, United States.
