Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how New Vector Sports (“New Vector Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through this website. New Vector Sports is based in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.
Legal review notice: This Policy is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed and approved by qualified U.S. privacy counsel before the website is launched publicly.
Information we collect
When you request information or a quote, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, selected court type, project message, and configurator selections. We also record the date and time of submission.
Our server and hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to quote and contact requests, prepare consultations and proposals, provide requested information, operate and secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, maintain business records, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Analytics or marketing data will be processed only if such tools are later configured and the visitor has provided any consent required through our cookie preference controls.
How information is disclosed
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to authorized company email recipients and service providers that support our website and communications, including our hosting provider and Resend, our email delivery provider. If analytics or marketing providers are later added, they will receive data only when configured and permitted by the visitor’s consent choices. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, contractors working on a requested project, or government authorities when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. These recipients may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the current website does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Cookies and browser storage
The current website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses local storage to remember cookie consent preferences. When you choose to send a court configuration to the contact form, the website also temporarily stores those selections in your browser’s local storage so they can be attached to your request. Consent storage and requested configurator-to-contact storage are treated as necessary for those features and remain available when optional categories are rejected. The stored configuration is removed after a successful submission and can also be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.
Optional functional, analytics, and marketing technologies are disabled unless the visitor enables them. You can review or change your choices at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Additional details appear in our Cookie Policy.
Because we do not currently track visitors over time across third-party websites, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the website’s behavior. If our use of tracking technologies changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices before nonessential technologies are used.
Retention
We retain inquiry and quote-request information for up to 24 months after our last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active project, contract, legal obligation, dispute, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it from systems we control.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the quote form.
Your privacy choices and rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, request deletion, or object to certain uses. Rights vary by state and may be subject to exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, where applicable, to know the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information, and limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information and do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are used for California opt-out rights. Because applicability and exceptions depend on the business and request, each request will be evaluated under the law in effect at that time.
Submit a privacy request by emailing info@newvectorsports.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification.
Children
This website is intended for business and project inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, service providers, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
